Frank and Ida Mae Hammond moved to California in 1965, where they pastored a church in San Diego. In 1972, they moved to San Antonio, Texas, to pastor a church there.
While in San Antonio, the Hammonds began to develop a unique style of ministry that combined the power of faith with the importance of obedience to God. The Hammonds were passionate about teaching the power of faith and obedience to God. Their books, "Pigs in the Parlor" and "The Believer's Authority," discuss the importance of living a life of obedience to God.
In addition to these books, they have also written several other books, including "Prayer: The Key to Revival," "Praise: The Language of Heaven," and "The Power of a Praying Church." Frank and Ida Mae Hammond have had a significant influence on the Christian community.
