Changing the world seems like a fairy tale, an impossible task, and an illusion. Some would say the world is changing but in the wrong way. We see the rise of lawlessness, immorality, and destruction of the family. With that in mind, it seems like we are walking in darkness as a society. The good news is this, there is the power to change the world for good.
God spoke of darkness, gross darkness, covering the earth. But that’s not the end of the story. The creator of all things said, “Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee” (Isaiah 60:1-2).
All is not lost. The greatest changes in history are in front of us. Sure, it may be a bumpy right, but don’t give in to the propaganda of hopelessness. Right now, everything that can be shaken is being shaken. That’s not a bad thing, that’s a good thing. At the end of the day, that which is still standing will be the house that’s built on the rock of the word of God. It’s apparent that light is battling darkness. No matter. Darkness has never won a battle against the light. Give it a try. Enter a dark room and switch on the light. Notice there was no struggle. Light won. It’s the same with the Kingdom of God.
I don’t believe Satan can stop the plan of God. He is a defeated failure. Christ said, “I saw Satan fall from heaven.” He was stripped naked and completely spoiled.
We are entering the times of restoration of all things. It’s not without conflict, but it surely is with Holy Ghost power to turn the world upside down. Jesus said, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you” (Luke 10:19). Put on the armor of God. Let’s go!
