Reconnecting with the Holy Spirit's Direction for Your Life

Light of destiny 1Have you ever had a light come on? A sudden sense of brilliance? A light of destiny? A light that woke up a knowing of what you did not know before? I suspect this happens to thousands every day. The trick is not to allow that light to pass by without laying hold of its meaning.

As a Christian, you know that the Holy Spirit has a ministry of revelation and truth. He is called the Spirit of Truth. As the Comforter, it’s one of his ministry purposes to lead and guide you into truth. But one thing is important and for sure, you must not let that light of brilliance pass you by. Grab it, judge it with the word of God, meditate, and act on it.

That sudden light of destiny has a voice. That voice resides within the inner man, that inner you that was designed by God that guides you into knowing what you must do. That’s what we call understanding the rudder of life that directs you into a knowing of who you are in Christ and what you are supposed to do with your life.

As you grow older and are surrounded by so many distractions, it’s easy to get off course and loose touch with those things the Holy Spirit revealed to you. Sometimes, these impartations need to be acted upon right away, and, if forgotten or ignored could delay your destiny for a season.

It’s possible that you need to reconnect with those life changing directions that the Holy Spirit spoke to you. Jesus declared, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you” (John 14:26).
