Confront Doubt & Fear with Faith to Strengthen Your Spiritual Potential

When In Doubt 1Don't let doubt keep you from reaching your spiritual potential--confront your doubts and fears with faith! Strengthen your spiritual faith with God's Word, rehearse the greatness of God in your life, focus on the word of God, and never be moved by doubts. Believe the Bible instruction--"Let the weak say I am strong" (Joel 3:10) and remember God is your outcome

Doubt is a sneaky thing. It can hide and it can manifest when least expected. Doubt means to be unsure. Surety is the product of faith and experience. Faith is needed when faced with distress and fear. Be assured the Holy Spirit understands these things.

Human beings are subject to the whims of the soul. The soul is your mind, will, imagination, and emotions. All four of these must be submitted to the word of God. This is where your stability will come from on the day of battle. So when challenged with doubt focus on the Word of God and remember your former victories.

Spiritual strength will help you in times of trouble. Demonic powers don't want you to develop spiritual strength. This is why spiritual strength is fought against. Nevertheless, that's how you became stronger in the things of God. Scripture reminds us that we can rehearse the greatness of God in our lives. It's those past experiences of battle and victory that help us reach those places of greater faith in God.

Focus is needed in times of doubt. Focus helps you avoid distractions. Focus is the ability to see without doubtful imaginations getting in the way. The Bible instruction remains, “Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against God” (2 Corinthians 10:5)
.
When you are in battle ignore your weaknesses. In fact, God says to declare this over your life. “Let the weak say I am strong” (Joel 3:10). There is always a temptation to get distracted with unbelief. Ignore weakness and stand firmly on the word of God. These are things that please the Holy Spirit. Do not worry yourself with outcomes. All the outcomes you need are in Him. He is your outcome.

Confront your obstacles with faith. Scripture teaches, “For whatsoever is begotten of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that hath overcome the world, even our faith” (1 John 5:4). Don't give up and never give in. God has never failed. He said I will never leave you or forsake you.”
