Problem-solving skills are essential for success in life. However, in today's society, it seems that people lack the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. This deficiency can lead to a range of issues, from personal struggles and failures to societal problems that affect us all.

As a Christian, you are called to approach problem solving in a way that is different from the world. You are to think and act as a disciple of Christ, using the teachings of the Bible as your guide. The importance of problem-solving skills is evident in the teachings of the Bible, and by studying examples from the Bible, you can gain a better understanding of how to develop and utilize these skills.

First and foremost, the Bible teaches you to have faith in God when faced with problems. In Proverbs 3:5–6, you are instructed to "trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."
