Does the Holy Spirit Still Speak to us Today?

Yes, the Holy Spirit still speaks to us today. The Bible tells us in 1 John 4:1, "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits to see whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." This passage is a warning to us to test the spirits that we encounter and to not believe everything we hear.
