Building A Word Faith Library in Your Heart

Build a Word Faith Library in Your HeartThe Bible says that as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. This speaks to the importance of right thinking. If you have wrong thinking, you will have wrong believing. This is a problem because faith-the God kind of faith-is based on truth.

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. This means that you must build your word and faith library in your heart. When you do, it will lead to wisdom and understanding that the man of God might be fully equipped to steer his life within the plan of God.

In today's society, it has become increasingly common for people to focus on their physical appearance and material possessions. However, the Bible reminds you that true wealth and prosperity come from having the right thoughts and beliefs.

As the scripture in Proverbs 23:7 says, "For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he." This verse speaks to the power of your thoughts. You shape your thoughts, which change your beliefs, and your beliefs shape your actions. This is why it is so important to guard your mind and think positively.

In Philippians 4:8, you are instructed to think about things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. This is the foundation for building a strong faith and a positive mindset. When your thoughts are aligned with God's truth, you are on the path to becoming the person He created you to be.

The Bible also warns you about the danger of wrong thinking. Romans 12:2 instructs you to transform yourself through the renewing of your mind rather than to follow the trends of this world. This demonstrates how external factors like your environment, media, and culture can affect your thoughts. Therefore, it is crucial to constantly renew your mind with God's Word to counter any negative influences.

One of the essential ways to renew your mind is by filling it with God's Word. In Psalm 119:11, King David writes, "Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee." When you meditate on God's word and store it in your heart, it becomes the foundation of your beliefs and actions.

Furthermore, in Joshua 1:8, God commands you to meditate on His Word day and night, promising you success and prosperity if you do so. Moreover, faith, as defined in Hebrews 11:1, is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Your faith is based on what you believe in your heart, not just what you say with your mouth. This is why it is crucial to have right thinking. If you constantly think negatively or doubt God's promises, your faith will waiver and suffer.

In Matthew 9:28–29, Jesus tells two blind men that it will be done to them according to their faith. Their belief in Jesus' ability to heal them was the key to their healing. Similarly, in Mark 9:23, Jesus says, "If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." According to this, your faith has the power to move mountains and perform miracles, but it must be based on truth and right thinking.

Proverbs 3:5–6 tells you to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. This verse emphasizes the importance of having faith in God's plans and ways, even when they may not make sense to you. Your limited human understanding can often lead you to doubt and fear, but when you have right thinking, your faith in God remains strong.

Moreover, having the right thoughts also leads to attaining wisdom and understanding. In Proverbs 4:7, it says, "Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom, and with all thy getting get understanding."

Wisdom and understanding are keys to making wise decisions and living a successful life. Having wisdom and understanding comes from aligning your thoughts with God's Word and seeking His guidance.

In James 1:5, you are encouraged to ask God for wisdom, and He will give it to you generously. This further emphasizes the importance of seeking God's wisdom and understanding rather than relying on your own thoughts and understanding.

In conclusion, as the Bible says, your thoughts shape who you are. Therefore, it is crucial to guard your mind and fill it with God's word to have right thinking. Your faith, wisdom, and understanding are all dependent on your thoughts and beliefs.

As you continually renew your mind and align your thoughts with God's truth, you will experience prosperity, success, and a strong, unwavering faith in Him. Build your word and faith library in your heart, and trust in His plans for your life.
