A Christian perspective on the gay agenda. The "gay agenda" is a term used to describe the political and social goals of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) community. The gay agenda includes the recognition of same-sex marriage and the repeal of laws that criminalize homosexuality or discriminate against LGBT people. They also want to be able to have drag queens read books to little children. Christians call this grooming. Homosexual grooming is defined as the process of manipulating someone to engage in homosexual activity. It is used by people in positions of authority to exploit vulnerable individuals. It is commonly used when an adult, typically a male, targets a minor, typically a female, for sexual gratification. Homosexual grooming often begins with the perpetrator offering gifts, attention, and kindness to the victim. This can be followed by attempts to establish trust and a relationship with the victim. Once the perpetrator feels they have gained the trust of the victim, they may begin to make sexual advances, such as touching, kissing, and other forms of physical contact. The perpetrator may also use threats and intimidation to control and manipulate the victim. They may threaten to expose the victim’s sexuality to others or even threaten physical harm if the victim does not comply with their demands. This makes it difficult for victims to escape the situation and makes them more vulnerable to further exploitation. Grooming is part of the gay agenda.
The Bible is clear in its condemnation of homosexual grooming. In Leviticus 18:22, it says, "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination." In Romans 1:26-27, Paul states, "For this reason, God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature, and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in themselves the due penalty for their error."
God is opposed to homosexual grooming because it goes against His Word and His design of marriage and sexuality. He desires that all people turn toward Him and live according to His Word. Therefore, homosexual grooming is a sin, and God is opposed to it.
According to the Bible, homosexuality and the gay agenda are rebellions against God's design for Adam and Eve. God is opposed to the gay agenda movement because it goes against His Word. The Bible also speaks to the consequences of a gay agenda. When the people of Sodom and Gomorrah were judged by God, it was primarily because of their wickedness and rebellion against God’s laws. In Genesis 19:5-7, it says, "And they called to Lot, "Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us, that we may know them." So Lot went out to them, shut the door behind him, and said, "I beg you, my brothers, do not act so wickedly. Behold, I have two daughters who have not known any man. Let me bring them out to you, and do with them as you please. "Do nothing to these men, for they have come under the shelter of my roof."
But the men of Sodom were extremely wicked and sinful against the Lord. Again, the Bible speaks to the consequences of a gay agenda. In Jude 1:7, it says, "Just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities, which likewise indulged in sexual immorality and pursued unnatural desire, serve as an example by undergoing a punishment of eternal fire,"
This is a clear warning from God that those who engage in sexual immorality will be punished. Therefore, God is opposed to a gay agenda because it goes against His Word and leads to judgment and punishment.
God’s love for us does not change because of our choices. He loves us and desires that we turn to Him and live according to His Word. In 1 Corinthians 6:9–11, it says, "Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, and you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God." God is opposed to the gay agenda and desires that we turn away from a lifestyle of sin and instead live in obedience to Him. The answer to all those lost in sin and walking in darkness, repent of your sin and ask Christ to forgive you.
In conclusion, the gay agenda is a term used to describe the political and social goals of the LGBT community. Christians are opposed to the gay agenda movement since it goes against God's Word and His design for marriage and sexuality. The Bible is clear in its condemnations of homosexuality and homosexual grooming, which is part of the gay agenda movement.
Ultimately, God's love for us does not change, and He desires that we turn away from a lifestyle of sin and live in obedience to Him. Although we all struggle with sin, there is hope for those who believe in Jesus Christ and turn away from a lifestyle of sin. In Him there is forgiveness, restoration, and salvation.
