Manifesting The Kingdom Of God

The KingdomYou already know there is a cultural war going on in the nation. Immorality, the celebration of sin, godless politicians and financial corruption is sweeping the Earth. The devil knows his time is short, and he is throwing everything he can at the Church of Jesus Christ. Sometimes it looks like evil is prevailing. It's not. It's being exposed.

The Bible declares, "Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world" (1 John 4:4). We don't have a devil problem, we have a faith problem. Christ "expects" us to manifest the kingdom of God. He told his disciples, "And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give" (Matthew 10:7-8). In other words, the manifestation of the kingdom is visible in miracles, signs, and wonders!

To manifest the Kingdom takes four things.

1. A mountain-sized problem. The bigger the better.

2. The word of God.

3. Faith

4. The anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Jesus gave us the answer to all four. First, he said you could speak the mountain and it would move. He didn't say complain about the mountain or ignore the mountain. He said to speak to the mountain. Jesus showed you how it's done when he stood up in the boat and rebuked the storm and the storm gave up the ghost and quit.

The next thing God gave you was the word of God. Oh, my dear friend, the word of God is powerful, unstoppable, and full of light. Jesus said, "If you abide in me and my words abide in you, ask what you will and it will be granted unto you" (John 15:7).

The third thing is faith. The Bible says, "Now faith is......." Faith is an action word. Faith is what activates the power of God in your life. Faith is heard "and" seen. Remember the lame beggar at the Gate Beautiful? He was expecting to receive something from Peter and John. Peter stopped and said to the man, look on us. Silver and gold we don't' have but such as I have! This makes me want to shout. What was it Peter had? It was the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Dear reader, when you find yourself in times of trouble understand that God has given you the keys to victory. Speak to your mountain and command it to move. Fill your spirit with the word of God. Run to the battle with the sword of the Spirit and faith in God. And, finally, activate the anointing of the Holy Spirit by doing what's pleasing to him. Faith always excites God.
