The Wall Street Journal revealed in the debt strapped state of California there are over 1.2 million families 90 days behind on their mortgages. When people get that far behind the chances are they are in serious financial trouble and probably will not be able to pay their mortgages. There were also 217,000 homes in July that had not made a payment in over a year with no bank foreclosures… Keep Reading
