The Wall Street Journal revealed in the debt strapped state of California there are over 1.2 million families 90 days behind on their mortgages. When people get that far behind the chances are they are in serious financial trouble and probably will not be able to pay their mortgages. Cop shoots unarmed black youth in the back, citizens riot. There was rioting in Oakland, California Thursday night. A police officer shot and killed a young man on New Years Day.
