Spiritual wickedness in high places this is a profound statement of such. It has been taking place for too long and we must ask Almighty God to bring those things hidden into the light. I know this is not where this comment goes but I feel led to speak it wherever I can. I am just a woman living alone that Jesus often comes and talks with. He asked that I write a book giving me the title and all. I have been trying to complete this task as every demon has come against it and me. I do not fear them as I once did. Let me share what Jesus and I shared one day. I was praying one morning for the wisdom to write this book and that night the Holy Spirit showed me the ending statement. In my dream I will call it for a better lack of a word it was my hand holding the pen but it was the spirit of God writing the words. JESUS IS COMING! When I awoke the next morning I asked Jesus,”When jesus are you coming?” “Rebekah He said, only the Father knows that.” Then I was led to read the book of Jeremiah which I had not read before. The Holy Spirit started me from the very beginning of this book and I could not stop reading it as I had a profound knowing that God had something for me. While reading this book I was opened to how many times God wanted to repent of the wrath He was about to pour out on the people. When finished I asked Jesus if He thought Christians were selfish people. “Why do you ask Rebekah?” He did not ask me what I meant. I said, “Jesus more than anything I want to spend forever with you, don’t come today please I am not sure I would be one caught up as you say.Jesus i do not want to be in Heaven without my sons and my siblings. I want everyone to go to Heaven. Am I wrong I want to watch my grandchildren grow up and see my family come to serve you? Am I wrong I do not pray for your coming?” Like everything God does it was amazing how He took me to the book of Amos chapter 5 verse 18. Woe unto the man who prays for the day of the Lord for what manner of day will it be for Him. Does he not know the day of the Lord is darkness and there is no light. I had many questions for Jesus and so I went on asking. Father did you not create the world for man? “Yes I did.” You said the power of life and death is in the tongue. Why do so many churches speak such death and doom on the world? Why can’t we then speak peace and healing on it? Did you not say that we would do even greater exploits than you Jesus when you walked the earth and did you not cast the legion of demons into the swine from the man at the tombs and send them over the cliff into the abyss? Did you not give us power and dominion over the forces of darkness? “Yes” Why then are we not defeating Satan? “Because my people underestimate him.” Jesus I said I feel as if the church is my biggest opposition at times.”Rebekah the church was my biggest opposition.” Yes I said, but you are Jesus you are the Son of God. “Yes, He said and you are His daughter. But Father I am not studied in your word and there are many who are. “Rebekah it is important to study my word but sometimes men study too much and they miss the simple yet important things. Man can study my word but man cannot study me. IAM a God of mercy not sacrifice.” He then led me to Ezekiel chapter 22 verses 29&30. The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wronfully. And I sought for a man among them that should make up a hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. I said, LORD I would stand in the gap but I am not righteous. Jesus said, “Rebekah your righteousness is of me.” I weep and lament for that mercy. I have frightening dreams concerning the end times and I have been both to Heaven and hell. Hell is where His mercy reached down and rescued me from. It was there I literally felt what Christ felt when He cried, Father, Father why has thou forsaken me?” It is from hell he rescued me and heard my cries for mercy. It was in that time He showed me His arm is not shortened that it cannot save. Prayers of mercy should fill every pulpit and every believers’ lips. Jesus told me this also, There are many who attend church every Sunday and they go to all the church functions, but I will not know them. Funny how He spoke this to me as I was told I was having vain imaginations and called crazy no longer attending the church I had been attending. Jonas even you have spoken to me as if what I experience is vain imaginations. Jesus knows they are not and I at times wish it were so. My testimony for the most part was formed in the midst of my ignorance which is something else I am grateful for. When the people at this old church hurt me deeply and would not listen I came home and Jesus said to me, “Rebekah you have battled Satan and seven of his meanest demons nearly all your life. Why do you worry what man thinks?” He went on to say if they do not praise me for anything else they should praise me that I did not put your shoes on their feet. I could have put them on anyone’s. I wish you could see yourself through my eyes Rebekah because if you could you would know that the Father did not place them on the wrong ones.” I will leave my staement here as there are many things Jesus talks to me about. He is coming wouldn’t it be cool if when He came He left a blessing instead of destruction. Satan was defeated the day Jesus died on the cross. His last words were; IT IS FINISHED!!!!

Very nice Rebekkah!
I also am a firm believer it is not our place to speak ill,or curses, but to speak good!
If there’s something we don’t agree with,we can always say so, but without judgement towards another person.
A lot of churches are so filled with demonic power because they look at what they fear, instead of looking at the God who’s far greater than all that fear together!
Something I’ve noted when I started living in the USA, is that a lot of fear is being spread, overdramatized, leading people to believe if a small sports plane hit a house we’ll have a re-occurring of the twin towers.
There is a lot of fear in USA. Fear of the unknown, and even fear of those things that will never even happen!
By focusing on our fears, we are making that fear a reality!
Instead, I also find, the best churches are the churches which waste no time trying to see the ‘greatness’ of the catastrophe, but trying to see the greatness of God in it! Churches where demons are not being mentioned, as if they don’t exist, and where prayer to every problem is the solution, simply how the bible teaches us!
I like what you wrote, and hope to see more of it! Perhaps fill in your website, where you previously put ‘yahoo’…
Also I come and share my thoughts on this blog, for I have found few blogs with spiritual mature enough people to post some of my thoughts.
Meaning sometimes it’s like talking to people searching for a theological debate rather than being true, honest and real with God,and sharing for the benefit of the body.
The hard part here is that hardly anyone seems to respond here. It’s perhaps like talking to the wind and hope that the message will come across.
Also, noone corrects me if I’m wrong… I wished I could find a forum here on this site. I would find so much more comfortable writing here, than writing on most other christian sites; because of the maturity of topics suggested.
As far as you having vain imaginations, just pray more… Be more real with Jesus, and then there won’t be any denying if you truly speak the truth.
The truth is, we all see God or Jesus in part. My part could fill yours, and yours could fill someone elses to grasp more of the picture of God.
Some people differ in opinion, yet see the same God.
Some people even oppose in opinion, yet see and serve the same God.
Don’t condemn them, but encourage them to seek God more!
And thanks for sharing Amos 5! It fits neatly into a discussion topic of Jesus’ coming in our church.
I would encourage you to ‘not forsake your assembly’ (heb 10:25), and stay true to the master, rather than the vision!
We often get sidetracked by the vision God gave us! But it’s more important to stay true to the Master!
