California Students Choose Own Sexual Identity

The loonies have left the nut house and have entered California’s State Capital. SB777 was signed by Governor Schwarzenegger allowing students to choose their own gender to avoid sexual discrimination. That’s right folks, to stop sex discrimination within the public school system students can choose what restroom or locker room they want to use.
The law, SB777, went into effect January 11, 2009. It was introduced by California Senator Kuehl in 2008 and reads as follows.
SEC. 4. Section 210.7 is added to the Education Code, to read:
210.7. “Gender” means sex, and includes a person’s gender identity and gender related appearance and behavior whether or not stereotypically associated with the person’s assigned sex at birth.
When will the citizens of American say, “Enough is enough?”

These are indeed the last days. When did it become an issue to use the bathroom of your gender? Of course because gender is on the line now I can choose if I am a man or a woman, forget the real fact of the matter. Those of us who do not wish to share our facilities with the opposite gender, sex, or whatever we are calling it these days, are really out of luck. What about the unwritten rights of an individual to have privacy. These are the days of Revelation and soon He is going to take us home. Come quickly Lord Jesus. Marge
