Why God Destroyed The City of Books

E-mail

Why God Destroyed The City of BooksDemon spirits teach, write books, and build schools. There was a time when Canaanite giants built a university city, the “City of Books,” to transmit their anti-Christ culture to the next generation. The City of Books Jehovah destroyed. More on that in a minute. Today the apostolic reformation is sounding the alarm and waking the mighty men against modern teachers of Canaanite type cultures.

The Kingdom of God is exploding. There are a billion more Christians in the world now than there was in 1970 and the fastest growing religion is Pentecostalism. Today there are over 400 million Pentecostals and there could be more than 1 billion by 2040. Pentecostals are baptized with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues and prophecy. The Apostle Paul asked “Have you received the Holy Ghost since you believed?” They had not heard about the Holy Ghost so Paul laid his hands on them and they were filled with the Holy Ghost, spoke in other tongues, and prophesied (Acts 19).

How Prophets Overcome Witchcraft Spirits

How Prophets Overcome Witchcraft SpiritsWe are in a spiritual war for dominion. Apostle Paul said we are not wrestling against flesh and blood. That doesn’t mean we are not wrestling. It just means we know where the battle really originates. spiritual warfare is something we cannot escape as Christians. Christ said he would build His church and the gates of hell would not prevail. They are still trying.

BREACH IN THE SPIRIT

E-mail

Prayer warriorsWhen a nation stops believing in God it will believe and worship anything including itself, and then, after a long romp through lawlessness, hopelessness, chaos, and despair, die. Nations, cultures, and kingdoms are dying. I call it the law of kingdoms. Kingdoms come and kingdoms go. There is only one kingdom that will never disappear and that is the Kingdom of God. According to the 2012 birthrate stats some nations are choosing not to live.[1] They are dying. [2] 59 nations with 44 percent of the world’s population are contracting. By the end of the twenty-first century half the world’s languages will disappear and up to 90 percent by the end of the twenty-second. All of this points to the painfully slow death of secularism. Yet, in the face of mass cultural changes around the world there is an unstoppable expansion of the Kingdom of God taking place. There are a billion more Christians in the world now than there was in 1970 and the fastest growing religion is Pentecostalism. Pentecostalism is exploding! Today there are over 400 million Pentecostals and there could be more than 1 billion by 2040. Pentecostals are known throughout the world as Holy Ghost filled prayer warriors. Prayer warriors do more than worship Christ during prayer they attack demonic strongholds in the realm of the spirit.

Are We A Fatherless Nation? - Turning The Hearts Of Fathers To Their Children

E-mail

Apostle Jonas Clark Interviews Prophetess Lisa WilliamsToday fathers are abandoning their wives, children and responsibilities. This is a reflection of the spiritual condition of our world as we note the same pattern of abandonment taking place in ministry. Over 1500 pastors quit the ministry each month and thousands more leave churches without cause. Pastors are leaving because the ministry is tough and a lack of understanding the roles of fivefold ascension gifts leads to abuse. If you don’t understand the role of your leader then you can abuse that leader. Some leaders protect themselves by becoming insensitive. Callousness, however, can damage the work of ministry. In the past some ministry gifts would not take time to raise spiritual sons or daughters. Some even went out of their way not to make a way for any spiritual kinship at all and focused on building their own ministries instead.

Some sons and daughters only want blessing, not correction and guidance by loving apostolic fathers. The result for many of God’s leaders has been to follow the path of least resistance by concentrating on their own ministries and avoiding further aggravation. It takes more time to raise a spiritual son or daughter than it does to convert a sinner. The cry of the Spirit is the return of apostolic fathers toward the sons and daughters and sons and daughters toward fathers. For decades, we have been missing the spirit of the father in our churches and homes.

Times are changing. The Holy Spirit is challenging hearts and reversing them from self-centeredness to helping others.

Watch Apostle Jonas Clark Interview Prophetess Lisa Williams on why fathers are important.

Millions of children have been raised in single parent homes, mostly by good mothers doing the best they could. The role of mothers, however, is different from fathers. Take little Johnny, for example, that was told not to play baseball in his friends’ backyard. He disobeys and breaks the neighbor’s glass window. Who do you think he runs home to tell, his mother or father? Most likely he ran to mommy. That’s because the role of mothers is different from fathers. Mother’s nurture and comfort but fathers set rules and boundaries for behavior. Fathers also discipline and correct. Little Johnny’s mother probably offered him hugs and plenty of love. I’m sure she told him that everything was going to be all right. But when dad came home little Johnny had to face the consequences of his rebellion, go to the neighbors house, repent and arrange to have the window repaired.

Spiritual fathers do not replace natural fathers. Don’t expect them to take you on fishing trips or out to ball games. They are spiritual fathers. Spiritual fathers are mentors that offer wise and trusted counsel designed to get you to think. Submission to their oversight is biblical, voluntary and comes through relationship. It also affords you spiritual covering and accountability. A mentor offers instruction, advice, guidance and counsel. A spiritual father also corrects. Don’t expect a true spiritual father to ignore your mistakes and personality malfunctions. Correction is designed to help you grow both spiritually and emotionally. Spiritual fathers do not replace your relationship with God. They point you toward dependency on the Lord and away from themselves. It is Jesus that is the author and finisher of your faith.

Why Apostolic Ministry Is Key To Your Victory

E-mail

Apostle David Coker on apostolic ministryThe revelation about apostolic ministry came to me around 1996. Others may have received insight earlier but that’s about the time the Holy Spirit began dealing with me. Over the last ten years many have taught various things about apostolic ministry and sadly some promoted it like any other passing fad. Well, today, the fad is over and the apostolic model of ministry is just as important as ever. I would say it’s vital to the strengthening of every local church and believer. It is also important to you as a minister of the Gospel of the Kingdom and as an individual that wants to make a difference with your life. You need apostolic grace and this video explains it all.

Special: The Holy Ghost and Remnant Believers

E-mail

The Holy Ghost and Remnant BelieversWhat you value you will pursue. Some value the Holy Ghost and some don’t. Not everyone is like you. Some embrace the Holy Spirit and others reject him. Remnant believers know they need both the Word of God and the Spirit of God. It’s encouraging when you see Christian leaders value the ministry of the Holy Ghost as much as Jesus did. After Christ’s resurrection he spent 40 days ministering to his disciples about things pertaining to the Kingdom of God. I’m convinced He was going over the restoration of all things and their part in manifesting the Kingdom of God on earth. The “restoration of all things” is foundational in the Book of Acts (Acts 3:19-21). To accomplish the task of world evangelism, advancing kingdom’ culture and success in ministry would require the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Jesus made it clear that his world changers and history makers should not attempt to take the gospel into the world before their endowment of power from on high (Acts 1:8). He knew there would be spiritual and natural opposition at every turn.

Sunday Morning Hour of Power: There's More

E-mail

Sunday morning hour of powerApostolic leaders don’t build their ministries around the Sunday morning hour of power. They know there is more. Christ gave some apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers for the perfecting of the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12). This Scripture goes to the very core of Christian leadership and the directive of equipping others for the work of ministry. The work of ministry is not preaching in the often over glamorized hour of power on Sunday morning. That’s preaching. That can be an untruthful image of church that comes from watching too much Christian television. Some of what you see is not real and is just another made for TV program. We need to be clear, some of the ministry, not all, is inside the local church but most of the ministry is outside the local church in the harvest fields of life.

Behind The Rusty Hinges

E-mail

deliverance ministry storyShe slowly swung the door open on its rusty hinges to a room that was as dark as coal. The stench of death was in the air and I quickly pulled my shirt up over my nose to muffle the smell. The only illumination was a faint beam of moonlight that fought its way through a steel-grated opening in a wall that doubled as a window.
